RESOLUTION NO. ,-1974 '
WHEREAS, the: Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a
public hearing on March 22, 1974, duly called and held in accord-
ance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida, and the
laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of Snapper
Creek Trading Center, Inc., for a change of zoning on Lots 4, 5,
and 6 of Block'l, and the N.E. 150 feet of Lot 22, Block 1 of
Seaside Subdivision, in Section 14, Township 62 South, Range 38
East, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 97 (I{eyLargo), from RU~lto
BU-2, and
WHEREAS, after hearing all persons desiring to be heard, said
Board denied the request' for the change of zoning from RU~lto
BU-2, and
WHEREAS, Snapper Creek Trading Center, Inc., filed an appeal
with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
asking the Board to reverse the deCision of the Zoning Board, in
accordance with the laws applicable thereto, .and
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of July, 1974, ,the Board of County
Commissioners held such appeal, .and after reviewing the record and
proceedings and said action taken at said public hearing on
March 22, '1974:, and taking testimony and hearing all persons desir-
ing to be heard, voted to reverse the Zoning Board in denying said
request for change of zoning from RU~lto BU-2, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a resolution confirming the
above .action of said Board of County Commissioners, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY" FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board made at the
public hearing on March 22, 1974, denying the request of Snapper
Creek Trading Center, Inc., for a change of zoning from RU~l to
BU-2 on Lots 4, 5, and 6 of Block 1, .and the N.E. 150 feet of
Lot 22, Block 1 of Seaside Subdivision, in Section 14 ,Township 62
South, Range 38 East, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 97 (Key Largo)

is hereby reversed and the said Snapper Creek Trading Center, Inc.,
is hereby granted a change of zoning from RU:"'lto BU-2.
