RESOLUTION NO. 106 -1974
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at
a public hearing on April 26, 1974, duly called and held in accor-
dance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida, and
the laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of Business
and Investment Consultants for a change of zoning on Tract 2, that
portion of Government Lot 3, Section 21, Township 60 South, Range
40 East, on Key Largo, line East of Center Line of 66 foot right-
of-way of State Road S-905; end that portion of West'l/2 of S. w.
1/4 of said Section 21, Line East of said center line of State Road
S-905; end that portion of the S. E. 1/4 of the S. E. 1/4 of Section
20, Township 60 South, Range 40 East, line East of said center line
of State Road S-905, end a tract of submerged land in the Straight
of Florida, fronting Government Lot 3, in Section 21, Township 60
South, Range 40 East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, as conveyed
to Stuart L. Fabor, according to Deed #23288, from the Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Fund of Florida, from GU to Ru-3, (Key Largo),
and,
WHEREAS, after hearing all persons desiring to be heard,
said Board approved the request for the change of zoning from GU to
RU-3, and
WHEREAS, the Upper Keys Citizens Association filed and appeal
with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
asking the Board to reverse the decision of the Zoning Board, in
accordance with the laws applicable thereto, and
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of August, 1974, the Board of County
Commissioners held such appeal, and after reviewing the record and
proceedings and said action taken at said public hearing on April,
26, 1974, and taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring to be
heard, voted to uphold the decision of the Zoning Board in approving
the request for change of zoning from GU to RU-3, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a resolution confirming
the above action of said Board of County Commissioners, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board made at
the public hearing on April 26, 1974, approving the request of Bus-
iness and Investment Consultants for a change of zoning from GU to
RU-3 on Tract 2, that portion of Government Lot 3, Section 21, Town-
ship 60 South, Range 40 East, on Key Largo, line of East of Center
Line of 66 foot right-of-way of State Road S-905; end that portion

of West 1/2 of S. W. 1/4 of said Section 21, Line East of said center
line of State Road S-905; end that portion of West 1/2 of S. W. 1/4
of said Section 21, Line East of said center line of State Road S-
905, end a tract of submerged land in the Straight of Florida, front-
ing Government Lot 3, in Section 21, Township 60 South, Range 40
East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, as conveyed to Stuart L.
Fabor, according to Deed #23288, from the Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Fund of Florida, (Key Largo), is hereby upheld.
