RESOLUTION NO. 123 -1974
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously set
up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1973-74, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1973-74, in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following
accounts;
FINE AND FORFEITURE FUND
Transfer from Item #3l0l.l02, Salaries and Wages Other
Employees, the sum of $2,000.00 to Item # 3101.402,
Capital Outlay Equipment.
Transfer from Item #3l0l.l02, Salaries and Wages Other
Employees, the sum of $18,863.00 to Item #3l0l.302 Expenses
Other Than Salaries.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action
to effect the transfer of funds hereinabove set forth.
