RESOLUTION NO. 152 -1974
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida considers it to be in the best interest and public welfare
of the citizens of this county to declare said county subject to
the provisions of Chapter 367.171 Florida Statutes known as the
"Water and Sewer System Regulation Law", now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that it hereby declares that Monroe County,
Florida, is subject to the provisions of Chapter 367.171 Florida
Statutes known as the "Water and Sewer System Regulation Law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that a certified copy
of this resolution be immediately forwarded to the Florida Public
Service Commission,
