RESOLUTION NO.
14-1976
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 129-1974, approved the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Monroe County being placed on a budget system; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 129-1974 provided for all personnel
necessary to operate the said clerkls office to be under the direct
control and employ of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and further that
and
proper appropriations shall be made for the proper operation thereof;
WHEREAS, certain employees necessary for operation of the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court are under the control of the
Clerk of the Sixteenth judicial Circuit Court but employed by the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
1. Effective on January 15, 1976, at 12:00 a.m., the
following jobs and personnel are terminated by the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, noting that the Clerk of the Circuit
employment pol icy:
