RESOLUTION NO.39 -1976
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commission-
ers of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1975-76 and to create
new items under said Budget, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up in the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1975-76, in the amounts hereinafter
set forth be transferred to and from the following:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #5106.201, Gas, Oil & Lubricants,
the sum of $13.00 to Item #5106.331, Rentals.
Transfer from Item #5221.309.02, Drugs, the sum of
$294.44 to Item #5221.309.07, Inpatient Hospital
Services.
Transfer from Item #2552.328, Auto Allowance, the
sum of $23.15 to Newly Created Item #2552.335, Com-
munications.
Transfer from Item #2322.402, Capital Outlay, the sum
of $60.88 to Newly Created Item #2322.402.01, Capital
Outlay Under $100.00.
Transfer from Item #5348.332, Subscription, the sum
of $75.00 to Newly Created Item #5348.333, Adver-
tising.
Transfer from Item #2670.330, Insurance and Bonds,
the sum of $240.00 to Item #2101.330, Insurance and
Bonds.
Transfer from Item #2670.402, Capital Outlay, the
sum of $1,950.48 to Item #2671.402, Capital Outlay.
Transfer from Item #2670.337, Maintenance of Build-
ings, the sum of $6,000.00 to Newly Created Item
#2670.01.401, Capital Outlay.
SUPPLEMENT TO GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #6212.337, Maintenance of Build-
ings, the sum of $448.75 to Item #6212.212, Demon-
stration Material.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to
effect the transfer of funds hereinabove set forth.
