RESOLUTION NO. 57 -1976
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, desires to spend part of its boating funds a11o-
cated to said County for the construction of artificial reefs to
encourage the breeding of fish in the waters of Monroe County,
Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO}lliISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Department of Natural Resources
State of Florida allow the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, to expend twenty-five per cent (25%) of boating
funds received by said County for the construction of artificial
reefs in the waters of Monroe County, Florida, in order to increase
the growth of fish in Monroe County, Florida.
