RESOLUTION NO.136 -1975
1fJHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has previously taken action to direct the Planning and
Zoning Department of Monroe County, Florida not to accept any
change of zoning or zoning variance applications until after
September 30, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to extend
said action until December 31, 1975, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COtfMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Planning and Zoning Department of Monroe
County, Florida, is hereby directed not to accept any applications
for change of zoning and zoning variances until January 1, 1976.
