RESOLUTION NO.IS3 -1975
WHEREAS, the STATE OF FLORIDA, by and through the STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, desires to convey certain lands
to the COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA, for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described lands in
Monroe County, Florida, as described on Exhibit "A:' which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is being deeded by the STATE OF
FLORIDA by and through the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPOR-
TATION, for road purposes, be, and the said conveyance is hereby
accepted and approved, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance
on said deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.

Being a portion of Old State Road S-905 right of way according to
the vacated plat of Fisherman's Paradise Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 176 of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, lying in Section 13, Township 59 South, Range 40 East,
Key Largo, Mo~oe County, Florida, being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Commence at the Center of said Section 13; thence proceed on a
true grid bea~ing S 88015'01" West, along the South line of the
NW 1/4 of said Section 13, for 751.08 feet to an intersection
with the Westerly right of way line of said Old State Road S-905;
thence proceed N 3043'14" West along said Westerly right of way
line for 52.03 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein des-
cribed parcel; thence continue N 3043'1411 West along said Westerly
right of way line for 444.74 feet to the point of curvature of
a circular curve concave to the Southeast; thence proceed Northerly
and Northeasterly along said Westerly right of way line, along the
arc of said curve, having for its elements a radius of 533.00
feet and a central angle of 23044'34" for 220.87 feet to the
point of tangency; thence proceed N 20001'20" East along said
Westerly right of way line for 124.76 feet to an intersection with
the Southeasterly right of way of New State Road S-905, according
to Florida State Road Department's Right of Way Map, Section
90520-2501, Sheet 6 of 10, last revised January 10, 1973, said
point being on a circular curv~ concave to the Southeast, said
point bearing N 38046'0011 West from center of said curve; thence
proceed Northeasterly along said Southeasterly right of way ,
line, along the arc of said curve, having for its elements a
radius of 3744.72 feet and a central angle of 1053'4911 for
123.98 feet to an intersection with the Easterly right of way
line of said Old State Road S-905; thence proceed S 20001'20" W
along said Easterly right of way line for 229.72 feet to the
point of curvature of a circular curve concave to the Southeast;
thence proceed Southwesterly and Southerly along said Easterly
right of way line along the arc of said curve, having for its
elements a radius of 467.00 feet and central angle 23044'34"
for 193.52 feet to the point of tangency; thence proceed S 30
43'14" E along said Easterly right of way for 447.01 feet; thence
proceed S 88015'0111 W for 66.'03 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
