RESOLUTION NO. -1975
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Recreation and Parks has agreed to enter into a con-
tract with the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for the purpose
of developing recreational facilities known as, Keys Bicycle Trail,
and
WHEREAS, Monroe County has agreed to maintain said recrea-
tional facilities and improvements after same have been completed
and desires to enter into said agreement, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that it hereby agrees to enter into agree-
ments with the Florida Department of Natural Resources, Division
of Recreation and Parks for the following recreational development
project known as, Keys Bicycle Trail, located in the area from
mile post station 92.5 to mile post station 108, State Road 5,
Monroe County and that the Mayor and Chairman and the Clerk of
said Board be and they are hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ments on behalf of said County.
