WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation State of Florida
under State Project No. 90060-3537, Proposed Filling in Tavernier
Creek, S.R. 5, Monroe County, in connection with the construction of
a bridge on U. S. No. 1, S. R. 5, Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, to approve said proposed project
as required by the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Department of Transportation State
of Florida Project No. 90060-3537, Proposed Filling in Tavernier
Creek, S.R. 5, Monroe County, as shown on the attached, be, and the
same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that certified copies
of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation
State of Florida for appropriate action.
