A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
r~ADOPTING THE 1992 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT OF
PUBLIC FACILITIES CAPACITY PURSUANT TO
SECTION 9.5-291, ET. SEQ. , MONROE
COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare

WHEREAS, section 9.5-292(b)(4) of the

regulations requires the Board of County Commissioners to approve
an annual assessment of public facilities capacity each year

facilities; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 9.5-292(b)(3) of the land

WHEREAS, in accordance with section 9.5-292(b)(3) of the land
development regulations, the 1992 report identifies areas of
Monroe County served by inadequate and marginally adequate public
facilities; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 1992 Annual Assessment of Public
Facilities Capacity is hereby passed and adopted on the 15th
day of
September
, A.D., 1992.
The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a
certified copy of this resolution to the Florida Department of
Community Affairs.
