CLh '"if.; ROE cnUN ~r f Lj" RESOLUTION NO. 441-1992 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THAT THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS PLACE ON THE NOVEMBER 3, 1992, GENERAL ELECTION BALLOT A REFERENDUM QUESTION RELATING TO THE CREATION OF FUNDING FOR HURRICANE SHELTERS IN MONROE COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING REFUGE AND MINIMAL HOUSING FUNCTIONS DURING AND AFTER THE EVENT OF A HURRICANE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, Section 1. That the Supervisor of Elections of Monroe County is hereby requested to place on the November 3, 1992, General Election ballot, within Monroe County, the following referendum question: "SHOULD MONROE COUNTY LEVY A TAX TO CONSTRUCT HURRICANE SHELTERS THROUGHOUT THE KEYS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE UNABLE TO EVACUATE?" Yes (Approval) No (Rejection) PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 16th day of September, 1992.
