Ordinance 006-1974 " �' • 4 MIL ORDINANCE NO. 6 -1974 AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA; REPEAL- ING CHAPTER 65-1180, LAWS OF FLORIDA, TO REMOVE LOCAL PRO- VISIONS RELATING TO PAYMENT OF TRAVEL BY MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHICH CONFLICTS WITH THE METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL FOR SAID COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOUND IN THE GENERAL LAWS; PRO- VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA: Section 1. Chapter 65-1180, Laws of Florida, is hereby repealed. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of the official acknowledgment from the Department of State acknowledging receipt of certified copy of this Ordinance and that said Ordinance has been filed in said office.
