AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF MONROE, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 6, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY ADDING A SECTION
TO BE NUMBERED 6-245; ESTABLISHING MAJOR DE-
VELOPMENT APPLICATION FEES; PROVIDING FOR RE-
PEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDI-
NANCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF MONROE, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That the Code of Ordinances of the County of
Monroe, Florida, be amended by adding a section to be numbered
6-245, to read as follows:
"Section 6-245. Major Development Application Fees.
(a) Project Plan Review or
Zoning Change $2,500.00
(b) Applications for requesting
both Plan Review and
Zoning Change $4,000.00
(c) PUD Surcharge $ 500.00
(d) Major Development Re-
application Fee $1,000.00"
Section 2. Any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of said con-
flict.
Section 3. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be included
and incorporated in the Code of Ordinances of Monroe County, Florida,
as an addition or amendment thereto, and shall be appropriately
numbered as set forth hereinabove.
Section 4.
If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase
or word of this ordinance is, for any reason, held by any Court to
be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not
affect the remainder of this ordinance.
Section 5.
The provisions of this ordinance shall become effec-
tive upon receipt of the official acknowledgment by the Clerk of the

Board of County Commissioners from the Department of State that this
ordinance has been filed with the Department of State.

house Annex, Courtroom "B", Key Nest, Florida, the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, intends to consider the
adoption of the following County Ordinance:
