Complete fire testing report 2. Letter of authorization from Nation Elevator Cab and Door Corporation to National Manufacturing Group, indicating they may fabricate label doors under an extension program. Warnock Hersey has advised us by telephone and will confirm to us in writing (letter to follow this morning) that the above testing report can be modified to allow the referenced door construction materials to either be increased or decreased by two metal gauges. Additionally, please be advised that Warnock Hersey maintains an inspection service in Tampa. They will periodically conduct inspections of materials at our plant during the manufacturing process to validate the door/frame construction and labeling process. Written reports resulting from these inspections will be forwarded to your office as part of our quality control program. Finally, as a value engineering additive to our request for substitution, we can offer a credit to Monroe County in the amount of $21,279 should they approve us to manufacture hollow metal. We trust all the information submitted with regards to this issue will indicate to everyone that it is our intention to supply top quality materials for this project. We sincerely appreciate ever one's effort to put control of these materials into u~ 1t? e may best service the proj ect.
