RESOLUTION NO. 544-1992
A RESOLUTION BY THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS AFFIRMING THE APPROVAL BY THE
DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE SECOND CORRECTED
PLAT OF CORAL COAST SUBDIVISION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO AFFIX HER SIGNATURE
TO SAID CORRECTED PLAT.
WHEREAS, the original plat of Coral Coast subdivision was
duly approved by the Board of County Commissioners on August 9th,
1989, and was subsequently recorded in the public records of
Monroe County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the First Corrected Plat of Coral Coast subdivision
was duly approved by the Board of County Commissioners on July
17, 1991 and was subsequently recorded in the public records of
Monroe County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the recording of said corrected plat,
several errors in the plat, which was drawn and stamped by Freder-
ick H. Hildebrandt, Professional Land SurveyorlProfessional Engi-
neer, were discovered; and
WHEREAS, those errors have been rectified on the Second Cor-
rected Plat of Coral Coast subdivision, which corrected plat was
signed by the trustees for the developer on April 23, 1992; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Planning, Lorenzo Aghemo, has re-
viewed the Second Corrected Plat of Coral Coast subdivision and
determined that the corrections were technical in nature and
minor in extent; and
WHEREAS, Section 9.5-81(e) of the Monroe County Code, Amend-
ed provides that the Director of Planning may approve technical
or minor changes to a previously approved and recorded plat; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning, Lorenzo Aghemo, has af-
fixed his signature of approval to said Second Corrected Plat of
Coral Coast subdi vi sion on the 4th day of November, 1992; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That the approval by the Monroe County Director
of Planning of the Second Corrected Plat of Coral Coast subdivi-
sion is hereby affirmed.

Section 5. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed
to forward a certified copy of this Resolution and the Second
Corrected Plat of Coral Coast subdivision to the Department of
Community Affairs.

Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 17th day of November, 1992
