You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract~ all other provisions of the contract shall, except
as specifically changed herein, continue in full force and effect.
Perform additional work at caissons S-34 and D-13 due to the concealed subsurface void conditions in accordance
with Toppino's attached quotation of March 6, 1992, and Toppino's corrected quotation of March 10, 1992. The
extra work includes pumping water, additional rig set-ups, delays to crew/equipment, an extra site mobilization
and demobilization of crew and equipment, abandoning and backfilling work at caisson D-13 and the adjacent 18"
trench drain, and extra material costs to perform this extra work. All drilling, rebar, concrete and dowels at
caissons will be paid for at existing unit prices for overburden or limerock per the contract provisions.
The Contractor agrees to accept this lump sum change order as final settlement for this extra work and all
related impacts due to this contract change. The Contractor also agrees to complete this extra work by
April 10,1992.
Not valid until signed by the Owner, the Architect and the Construction Manager-
Signature of the Contractor indicates agreement herewith, including any adjustment in the Contract Sum or the Contract Time.
