You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract; a 11 other provi sions of the contract sha 11, except
as specifically changed herein, continue in full force and effect.
This change order shall adjust the contract unit price and quantities for base bid item #12, Drilled Caissons
through Competent Limerock. The actual quantity underrun was greater than 20% of the estimated 3,445 l.f. in the
base bid due to actual conditions encountered and HLM's memo dated October 29, 1991, revising the specified length's
required. This change order shall also adjust the contract quantities for base bid item #11, Drilled Caissons
through Overburden, due to actual conditions encountered.
Base Bid Item #11 1,155 lf x $53.45/lf = $61,734.75
Base Bid Item #12 3,445 lf x $135.50/lf = $466,797.50
Bid Total $528,532.25
