automatic fire sprinkler equipment and accessories, for
installation in a building or buildings being constructed on the

pursuant to the contract of Rodel Group, Inc. with Morrison

For the furnishing of said materials there will become due to
the undersigned, a sum estimated to be in excess of $15,000, for
the payment of which the undersigned will claim a lien against the
above-described property.
