At the December 15, 2004, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted
approval to waive Purchasing Policies and Procedures and authorized execution of a Contract for
Services between Monroe County and Spirit Marine Towing & Assistance for the emergency
removal of the Kimilu, a 66' wooden shrimp boat, costing a total of $49,800.
