RESOLUTION NO. 044 -1991
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 555-1990
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items to account
for unanticipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1991; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 555-1990, passed and adopted October 24, 1990, due to
erroneous errors, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated
funds previously set up on the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1991 in Resolution #555-1990, passed and adopted
on October 24, 1990, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board
held on the 20th day of February, A.D. 1991.
