BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Art. 8, Sec. 1 (k), Florida Constitution, the Monroe County
Clerk of the Circuit Court Offices at Marathon and Plantation Key are hereby designated for
the recording of instruments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of January, 2000.
