RESOLUTION NO. 104 -1991
A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 048-1991

,,~EREAS, it is necessary to increase items to account for
~p~p~icipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for the
\,\\ti-scal Year 1991 and to create new items under said budget,
and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
048-1991, passed and adopted January 30, 1991, due to
erroneous errors, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated
funds previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1991 in Resolution No. 048-1991, passed and
adopted on January 30, 1991, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board
held on the 3rd day of April, A.D. 1991.
