A RESOLUTION OF THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF
F Lt.. THE FOURTH YEAR WASTE TIRE GRANT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION

WHEREAS, the Department of Environmental Regulation has
announced the application deadline for the Fourth Year
Waste Tire Grant, and
WHEREAS, the Department has changed the application
deadline in order to enable the Department to calculate the
grant awards, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, that:
1. The Monroe County Municipal Services District has
approval to submit a Waste Tire Grant application to the
Department of Environmental Regulation, and that
2. The Board authorizes the County Administrator to
have signature authority on the Waste Tire Grant Application
and Payment requests, and that
3. This resolution shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption and authentication by the
signatures of the presiding officer and clerk of the
commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 5th day of June, A.D. 1991.
