SHELTERS FOR VARIOUS FEES.
'It -
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, wishes to increase certain fees for the animal shelters,
and
WHEREAS, Monroe County Code Sec. 3-3(2) states that the
Board may charge reasonable fees for impounding animals by
resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, does hereby resolve that the fees charged by the
animal shelters shall be the following:

2nd time $ 50.00
3rd time and more
within 12 months $100.00
Board $ lO.OO/night
Adoption $ 10.00
Cremation:
small $ 35.00
medium $ 50.00
large $ 75.00
Disposal $ 10.00

Spayed/Neutered $ 10.00
Unspayed/unneutered $ 20.00
Replacement $ 2.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
