A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RENOUNCING
AND DISCLAIMING ANY RIGHT OF THE COUNTY AND
THE PUBLIC IN AND TO A PORTION OF BAMBOO
COURT. SUGARLOAF KEY. MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County
and the public in and to the hereinafter described streets,
alley-ways, roads or highways, and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing
has been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Board considered the
argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the matter,
and all premises considered concerning the renouncing and
disclaiming of any right of the County and the public in and to
the hereinafter described streets, alley-ways, roads or highways
as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby renounces and
disclaims any right of the County and the public in and to the
following described streets, alley-ways, roads or highways as
delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit:
A parcel of land and being a part of Bamboo Court
according to the "REVISED PLAT OF AMENDED PLAT OF
SUGARLOAF SHORES, SECTION F" according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 9 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida; said parcel
being described as follows:
BEGIN at the NE corner of Lot 68 according to the plat
referred to above and run thence N 830 28' 46" E for a
distance of 50.00 feet to the East right-of-way line
(ROWL) of the aforesaid Bamboo Court; thence S 060 31'
14" E and along the East ROWL of the said Bamboo Court
for a distance of 75.00 feet to the beginning of a
curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and concave to the
Northeast; thence SE'ly and along the curved ROWL of
the aforesaid Bamboo Court for an arc distance of
39.27 feet to the end of the said curve; thence S 060
31' 14" E and along the East ROWL of the said Bamboo
Court for a distance of 25.00 feet; thence S 830 28'
46" Wand along the South ROWL of the aforesaid Bamboo
Court for a distance of 100.00 feet; thence N 060 31'
14" Wand along the West ROWL of the aforesaid Bamboo
Court for a distance of 25.00 feet to the beginning of
a curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and concave to
the Northwest; thence NE'ly and along the curved ROWL
of the aforesaid Bamboo Court for an arc distance of
39.27 feet to the end of the said curve; thence N 060
31' 14" Wand along the West ROWL of the aforesaid
Bamboo Court for a distance of 75.00 feet back to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 7,768 square feet, more
or less.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 21h day of August, A.D. 1991.
