RESOLUTION NO. 531 - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 454-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend resolutions for the
receipt of unanticipated funds, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 454-1989, passed and adopted on August 9, 1989, due
to erroneous account numbers, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the amended version of the
unanticipated revenue previously setup in the Monroe
County Budget for the fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution
No. 454-1989, passed and adopted on August 9, 1989, is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at 3 regular meeting of said
Board held on the 20th day of September, A.D. 1989.
