RESOLUTION NO. 508 -1989
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE NA YOR/ CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN
ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT BETWEEN ROBERT J. NELMS,
JR., M.D., MEDICAL EXAMINER AND MONROE COUNTY IN
ORDER TO CORRECT PARAGRAPH IV OF SAID CONTRACT
CONCERNING THE TERM THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COlw1MISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute an Addendum to Contract between
Robert J. Nelms, Jr., M,D., Medical Examiner and Monroe County, a
copy of same being attached hereto, in order to correct Paragraph
IV of said Contract concerning the term thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the ~ day of Il"J ff~"- , A.D. 1989.

ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT
THIS ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT is made this ____ day of
1989, between ROBERT J. NELMS, JR., M.D., MEDICAL EXAMINER
DISTRICT SIXTEEN and MONROE COUNTY.
Paragraph IV on Page 8 of the contract between the parties
dated July 21, 1989, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"IV. This Contract is effective for the State Fiscal Year
July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990."
In all other respects, the contract between the parties
dated July 21, 1989, remains in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
hands and seal, the day and year first written above.
