A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR/
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO
LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN DORIS SNELL INGER
AND PAUL J. SNELL INGER AND MONROE COUNTY CONCERNING
THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON BIG PINE KEY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to
execute an Addendum to Lease Agreement by and between Doris Snellinger and
Paul J. Snellinger and Monroe County concerning the property located on
Big Pine Key, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,

ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT is made this ____ day of
, 1989, between PAUL J. SNELL INGER AND DORIS SNELLINGER,
as "LESSORS," whose mailing address is Route 1, Box 800, Big Pine
Key, Florida 33043, and MONROE COUNTY, as "LESSEE."
Paragraph three (3) of the Lease Agreement between the
parties dated August 2, 1988, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"To hold these premises unto the LESSEE for a term of one
(1) calendar year beginning on the 1st day of September, 1989,
and ending on the 31st day of August, 1990. The LESSEE has the
option to renew and extend this Lease for no more than one (1)
additional period of three (3) calendar years, on the same terms
and rental, by giving to the LESSORS written notice of the
LESSEE'S election to do so, at least 30 days prior to the
termination of this addendum. Any notice from LESSEE to LESSORS
under this Lease may be served by mailing a copy of such notice
to the LESSORS at the mailing address indicated above, or at such
other place as the LESSORS from time to time may, in writing,
appoint and designate. Such \~itten notice will be considered to
have been served on LESSORS on the date of mailing the same."
In all other respects, the Lease Agreement between the
parties dated August 2, 1988 remains in full force and effect.
IN \IITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have executed this
Addendum to Lease Agreement as of the day and year first written
above.
