RESOLUTION NO. 517 -1989
A RESOLU'l'ION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 484-1989 CONCERNING A LICENSE AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES AND MONROE
COUNTY CONCERNING THE PLANTATION KEY MICROWAVE TOWER
WHEREAS, on August 9, 1989, the Board of County Commissioners, passed
and adopted Resolution No. 484-1989 to execute a License Agreement with
the Department of General Services concerning the Plantation Key Microwave
Tower, and,
WHEREAS, due to unforeseen circumstances the real property described
therein is no longer available for construction of a Plantation Key
microwave tower, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, as follows:
1. Resolution No. 484-1989, passed and adopted by the Board on
August 9, 1989 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a Special meeting of said Board held on the 30th day
of AUGUSt
