RESOLUTION NO. 344

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129
and 200, Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on
September 26, 1991, at 5:05 P.M. at Key Colony Beach City
Hall, Key Colony Beach, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and
adopt a Final Millage Rate for each district for Fiscal Year
1992, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following Millage Rates be
adopted as the Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1992, and
is hereby adopted as follows:
General Revenue Fund

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the aggregate millage rate be
adopted as the Final Aggregate Millage Rate as 6.2992 for
Fiscal Year 1992 which is .20% below the rolled-back millage
rate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County
Administrator of said Board, is hereby directed to certify
the Adopted Final Millage Rates to the Tax Collector, the
Property Appraiser, and Department of Revenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held
on the 26th day of september, A.D. 1991.
