A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMM~-~
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCEPT~~
A DEED TO REAL PROPERTY SO AS TO PROV~
LEGAL ACCESS TO TORCH KEY ESTATES, C',A
SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE
30. . .
WHEREAS, on December 10. 1957, The Torch Key Company, a
Florida Corporation, platted a subdivision known as Torch Key
Estates, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision as delineated on the plat failed to
include legal access from a public right of way, and
WHEREAS, The Little Torch Development Corporation owns land
lying between said subdivision and a public right of way, to wit:
U.S. 1, and
WHEREAS, in order to provide legal access to said subdivi-
sion, the Little Torch Development Corporation has offered to
deed a strip of land to the County for right-of-way purposes,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA, that the attached deed of dedication is
hereby accepted by the Board in order to provide legal access and
to enable the County to assume responsibility for maintenance of
said right of way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on

Part of Lot 3 of Section 21, Township 66 South, Range 29 East, of Tallahassee
Meridan in Florida, according to the.Official Plat of the Survey of said land,
returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General and particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows: "
PROPOSED ROAD.
Begin at a point on the West line of Lot 3, Section 21, Township 668, Range 291
said point being East 12.5 feet from the intersection of the centerlines of Avon
Avenue and Grand Street according to the Revised Plat of Torch Key Estates aa
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 30 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida;
thence run East along the extended centerline of said Avon Avenue 208.84 feet to the
