RESOLUTION NO.~ - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 363-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
General Revenue Fund Honroe County, Florida, for Fiscal
Year 1988-89 to account for unanticipated funds received
from FAA AlP Project, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 363-1989, passed and adopted on June 27, 1989, due
to incorrect methodology, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unanticipated revenue
previously setup in the Honroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution No. 363-1989, passed
and adopted on June 27, 1989, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 9th day of August, A.D. 1989.
