RESOLUTION NO. 374 - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 321-198~
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Capital Projects Fund Monroe County, Florida, for Fiscal
Year 1988-89 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Excess fees from the Tax Collector, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 321-1989, passed and adopted on June 6, 1989, due to
duplication, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unanticipated revenue
previously setup in the Monroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution No. 321-1989, passed
and adopted on June 6, 1989, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 27th day of June, A.D. 1989.
