This is to inform you that we are in receipt of your
application, which has been completely reviewed and approved.
All inter10cal agreements submitted with the application are
determined to be acceptable. I,t has also been determined that
less than 100% of your cities are represented by your
application. Because intergovernmental cooperation is so
important to the progress of Florida's recycling programs, we are
extending the deadline for inter10cal agreements to 5: 00 p.m.,
August 1. We encourage you to take advantage of this extension,
providing you with another opportunity to improve cooperation and
increase the funding level of your application.

We are providing you with the official signed grant
agreement for your acceptance and signature, which includes a
Special Conditions Section. The grant amount listed on the grant
agreement was calculated as the maximum amount you could receive
if you entered into interloca1 agreements with all municipalities
in the county. If you wish to leave your application as it is
currently represented, then simply indicate on the grant
agreement that you have selected Special Condition 1 of the grant
agreement. If you wish to include additional interlocal
agreements you must choose Special Condition 2. In either case
you must submit the signed grant agreement on or before 5:00p.m.,
June 30,1989. If you do not submit your signed grant agreements
on or before this deadline, it will result in you not receiving
any first year grant funds.

If you have chosen Special Condition 2, you must submit all
additional inter1oca1 agreements on or before 5:00p.m., August 1,
