:~A j1 RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
OI~-1984 AND RESOLUTION NO. 54A-1967, AND
RETIRING THE BOND RESERVE AND SINKING FUNDS
RECEIVED FROM THE REVENUES OF THE CARD SOUND
BRIDGE, EFFECTIVE JULY 11, 1989.
WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 019-1984 and 54A-1967 establish, in
addition to tolls, certain bond reserve and sinking funds for
revenues received from the operation of the Card Sound Bridge;
and
WHEREAS, such bonds have been retired; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to re-establish the tolls in the same
amount by ordinance and provide for the disposition of funds so
received; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 019-1984 and Resolution No. 54A-1967 are
hereby repealed effective July 11, 1989.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 27th day of June, A.D., 1989.
