RESOLUTION NO. 332 - 1989
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to for the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, to make
budgeted transfers set up in the Monroe County Budget
for the Fiscal year 1988-89 and to create new items
under said budget, and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers
previously setup in the Monroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1988-89 in the amounts hereinafter set forth
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND 301
Transfer from 1988 Bond Issue Program
Item # 301-501000-523-620, New Jail Facility
For the amount of $ 95,000.00
Into 1988 Bond Issue Projects
Item # 301-501000-523-623
A+E New Jail Facility
Transfer from Reserves and Transfers
Item # 301-920000-584-994, Reserve for Continggency
For the amount of $ 15,000.00
Into Clerk's Space + Courtroom
Item # 301-410100-519-626
Fire Halon Systems
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD the Clerk of said
Board be, he is hereby authorized and directed to place
said funds in said items, as set forth above.
