Addendum 08/17/2005 ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE THIS ADDENDUM is made this ~q6. day of JU~ ' 2005, between GREGORY and DIANA PARDO as "Sellers" whose address is 122 Bah a Road, Key Largo, Flonda 33037, and the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as "Purchase", c/o Thomas Willi, County Administrator, 1100 Simonton Street, Room 2-205, Key West, Florida 33040. . It is hereby agreed and understood that the closing date on the property which the Sellers have agreed to sell and the Purchaser has agreed to buy described as, Lot IB, Block 3 of Harbor Shores Subdivision as recorded in Monroe County Plat Book 3 Page 68, RE No. 00522220-000000, shall be extended, to be no later than August 5, 2005. . The parties also acknowledge that the Parking Lights are not required to be installed by Seller, however all conduit connections for said lights have been installed.
