I I;J' I MCJHRC\ :'-1: '~ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THAT THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS PLACE ON THE MARCH PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY BALLOT IN MONROE COUNTY MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT NO. G A REFERENDUM QUESTION REGARDING THE PUR- CHASE OF A FIRE RESCUE BOAT AND THE LEVY OF AN AD VALOREM TAX THEREFOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, Section 1. -- That the Supervisor of Elections is hereby requested to place on the March 10, 1992, Presidential preference primary in Monroe County Municipal Service Taxing District No. 6 (more particularly described as follows: From South Bay Harbor Drive and Lobster Lane north to the southern boundary of the City of North Key Largo Beach and north to the Dade County line, including all of the property consisting of the Monroe County right-of-way within the City of North Key Largo Beach. Corresponding with Code number 500 P, and that portion of 500 K lying north of South Bay Harbor Drive and Lobster Lane and that portion of 500 L lying south of the southern boundary of the City of North Key Largo Beach. Also corresponding with parts of Election Precincts 22, 24, and 25 and all of Election Precinct 23) the following referendum question: SHOULD MONROE COUNTY LEVY PROPERTY TAXES IN FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993 IN DISTRICT 6 IN THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF 22~ PER $1,000 OF ASSESSED TAXABLE VALUE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE FIRE AND RESCUE BOAT?
