ITEM BACKGROUND: The attached Resolution requests to write off and delete the balance of the patient accounts that are listed on Exhibit A, in the total amount of $103.94. In the case of Wayne Grierson, in the amount of $46.63, the insurance has paid their portion and any future collection attempts are futile since the patient is deceased with no available funds in the estate. In the case of Edward Lochel, in the amount of $57.31 the insurance has paid their portion and any further collection attempts are futile since the patient is deceased with no available funds in the estate.
