Roosevelt Boulevard Key West, Florida 33040 REFERENCE: Lease No. 062LBF0035 for National Weather Service Office Space, Key West, Florida Dear Mr. Horton: As you are aware, the referenced lease has been in a month-to-month holdover status since October 1, 2001, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease. This letter serves as notification that the referenced Agreement between Monroe County Board of County Commissioners and the United States of America, which permits use of office space in Key West, Florida, is terminated effective November 30,2005. All Government property will be removed from the site by that date. We appreciate your willingness to provide office space to the National Weather Service for the past 26 years. It has been a pleasure working with you and Bevette Moore on this lease; and I look forward to continuing to work together on the Upper Air Inflation Building and ASOS ground leases.
