We are not in receipt of an executed copy of the new Air Sunshine
Lease which was referred to your office on May 23, 1978.
There were certain corrections and changes which had to be made
before the Chairman could execute same and forward to Air Sunshine
for their signature.
Please advise by June 15, 1978 in order that we can anticipate
~new revenue figures for the bUdget year.

NOT IN THE PRESENT LEASE. SINCE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS AND/OR It~PROVE-
MENTS WOULD BE HADE AT NO COST TO THE COUNTY, THIS WOULD BE QUITE A
SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS. DUE TO THE EXISTING CONDITION OF THE PROPOSED

THE KEY WEST AIRPORT AND HAVE BEEN RECENTLY IMPLEMENTED AT THE
MARATHON AIRPORT. THESE FEES WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL REVENUE TO THE
COUNTY.
5. IN ADDtTION1 PLEASE FIND ATTACHED A GENERAL WORK SHEET OF THE
ESTIMATED REVENUE THAT SHOULD BE REALIZED FROM THE NEW PROPOSED
LEASE OF AIR SUNSHINE.
6. IT IS ALSO NOTED THAT THE 6% INCREASE IS NOT INCLUDED ON THE
