NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective January 1 , 2006 , as follows: THIS SLA #3 REFLECTS THREE-YEAR LEASE EXTENSION OF 700 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET AND INCREASE IN ANNUAL RENT: PARAGRAPH"B Term" is hereby modified as follows: "TO HAVE AND TO HOLD for the term beginning January 1,2006 and continuing through December 31,2008."
