A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 375-2001.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, to make changes in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 2002, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOL YED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 375-2001 previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of 0 receiving unanticipated funds I:8J
transferring funds in Fiscal Year 2002 contained certain erroneous information and said
resolution, passed and adopted on October 17, 2001 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of December AD 2001.
