ITEM BACKGROUND: On January 26, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Franco Piacibello
submitted the Warranty Deed to donate two lots to Monroe County for Aslan Pignatelli.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
