A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 422-2000
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, to make changes in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 2001, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution' No. 422-2000 previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of r8J receiving unanticipated funds 0
transferring funds in Fiscal Year 2001 contained certain erroneous information and said
resolution, passed and adopted on 10/18/00 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 21st day of February AD 2001.
