Resolution No. 340 -2006
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, the Board of Governors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance, Momoe
County, Florida, pursuant to the provisioos of Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statues, did conduct a Public
Hearing on September 20,2006, at 5:05 p.m. at the Marathon Government Center 2798 Overseas Highway,
MM 47.5 (Gulf), Momoe County, Florida, to adopt a Final Budget for District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire
and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2007, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND
AMBULANCE, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Budget of$9,383,348 be adopted as the Final
Budget for District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2007, and is hereby
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance of Momoe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of September, AD
2006.
