At the September 20, 2006 BOCC meeting, the Board approved the following:
Contract Amendment NO.2 with William P. Horn, Architect, P.A for professional
services for the renovation of the Big Pine Key Fire Station.
~Ratification of approval of contract amendment with Synagro Southeast, Inc. for
the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant at the Roth Building.
Attached hereto are fully executed duplicate originals for your handling.

3. In all other respects, the original agreement between the parties dated May
18,2005, and as renewed May 16, 2006, remains in full force and effect.
