ADA Assistance: Anyone needing special assistance to attend the hearing due to a disability
should contact the Value Adjustment Clerk at (305) 292-3550, one week prior to the hearing.
Any person who decides to appeal a decision made at a Value Adjustment Board Meeting or
Hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon with the appeal is to be based.
